Anyway, found this pic from before and put on the same exact shirt as in the pic. Same relaxed pose.
Before and yesterday which is about 17 months later.
Decent gain?

looks good, remember yout top will shrink a tiny bit in wash depending on how hot u wash them. still good man

Looks like you've gained some in the shoulder and tricep area.
However, this is the part where I've gotta be brutally honest...
What gains you have made don't convince me you've filled out the same top (at least in the same state it was b4) to that degree. Not to the point your sleeve would look that massive and loose in your before pic. There are gains, but not of that magnitude.
Maybe it's the quality? To be fair, not the best comparison pics. Maybe it is the same top and it's just shrunk in the wash, has been 17 months of usage hasn't it?

Your arm's a bit bigger as a whole but you should post the before/after pictures separately...
