Okay, so we put the clocks forward next weekend. Since we essentially lose an hour that Saturday, how imperative is it that I consume 23/24ths of my macros?
Should I be twice as active one hour in that day?
How much will this affect my gainz?
My workout is outside that time, soooo that shouldn't be affected right?

OP just be sure to eat a meal at least every hour with a bit of tuna and several multivitamin supplements.
When you sleep, wake up at least twice in the middle of the night to drink a protein shake or your body will lose all proteins and you'll lose muslce and look like an old man.
Also, make sure never to touch yourself, have sex, or even look at a woman ever or you'll lose testostrone. The first known contraceptive was crocodile dung, used by Egyptians in 2000 B.C.

Shouldn't you consume 25% less to make up for the occasional February 29?
And regarding your original post, the solution to to fly overnight to a different time zone, thus maintaining your day at 24 hours.
By the way, though this is off topic, I have two BodyBugg devices (one for each arm). Sometimes the readings will vary by as much as 7 calories. Should I take an average reading of the two or, if not, which arm should I base the reading on?

Came into this thread expecting hilarious. Not dissappointed. On that note to make up for daylight savings time you need to do hiit for a whole hour while cutting out carbs while taking a fat burner to make up for the lost hour. Otherwise you will gain 50 lbs of fat.
