I have been in ketosis for 6 months now, but I have be maintaing my calorie levels so only a slow loss or no of fat this whole time. I have felt great.
But when i get hungry, or when i start crashing in enegery i Consume a cap full of OO, like 1 tbs. and then i am not hungry in like 10- 20 seconds maybe, and feel better enegery wise quite quick.
Any one else do something like this

change this to coconut oil.

Coconut oil is almost pure saturated fats that are medium chain triglycerides. Aka, they almost mimic the effect carbs do concerning energy, but do not spike your insulin like a carb would.
Not to mention, coconut oil is beyond healthy and has a billion benefits:

Great suggestion, I use coconut oil before i go for long jogs and that give me a great boost. I am just using olive oil now as an experimental oil, See how i feel, and it does well to blunt hunger for like 45 min. I havent tried a scoop of CO, for hunger suppression but soon ill give it a try.
Theirs no such thing as mental fitness with out physical fitness.
