Kimura, a former postman who is 115 years and 258 days old and still greets visitors with a warm smile, dodged childhood killers such as tuberculosis and pneumonia that kept life expectancy in Japan to 44 years around the time he was born in 1897. As an adult living in the town of Tango, he had no major illnesses, his granddaughter-in-law Eiko Kimura said in an interview. He followed sumo wrestling on television and read two newspapers a day until the last few years, she said.
What both of these people have in common is they never had a serious illness in their life, they both said eating light was the key to living long, The less food processed, the longer you live and being lean and skinny was key for their success. They also only ate Japanese food including fish, fruits, rice and veggys. Sounds like a Paleo diet, minus the rice.
Think of your heart as a car, the more you accelerate it and work it the faster it dies. Preserve it and take good care of it and it will last longer. Same could be said about these guys, they took good care of their hearts, ate the right foods and never overworked themselves.

I thought this is common knowledge, they obviously have great genetics for longevity and health. To me it looks depressing to be that old, brb glasses more powerful than magnifying glasses, can't walk, can't relate to any one, are a massive burden on your family by outliving your pension by 40 years, I mean look at his fingers, he probably picked up a pencil half an hour ago and still has the imprint from it.
Goals for first quarter of 2013
1HSPU full range of motion
10s Front Lever

Brb constant mental agony from delusions
Brb ****/piss yourself all day
Brb can't sleep night terrors
Brb can't breath properly, get winded walking to a chair -if you can walk, unlikely-
Brb nearly choke on anything you eat if you can even eat anymore
Brb constant physical and mental pain all day
Brb want to kill yourself but can't, moments of lucidity where you realize your ****ing crazy and your life is hell-this is the worst you can see it in their eyes sometimes that they just know something is ****ed up yet they can't figure out what it is-
Etc
**** is awful, noone wants to talk about the truth of old age since we milk them for money
