Hey all,
I used EC when I was losing fat. I found a pleasant side effect: my concentration went through the roof. My writing is my passion and I found that I was able to sit down and write, write, write for hours on end.
I want to use it to enhance my writing again, but just started bulking. Is it counter-productive, and do I need to compensate by throwing in some more calories? I'm eating 3000-3100 calories a day right now.
I'm doing one supplementation a day at most: 24mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine. Usually late afternoon.
(I have some nootropics coming in the mail this week that I can hopefully swap the EC out for.)

Bulking - is EC bad to use for concentration/focus?
