Okay, so im 15 years old, a freshman in high school. I have a competition coming up on april 27 The top guys in my weight class are deadlifting 350's and benching 210-230 Right now im deadlifting around 315 and benching about 195. This being my first competition, i need some tips on how to bring my bench and deadlift up extremely fast. So what do you guys recommend in sets/reps and how many times per week i should do these lifts or a free program i could follow for the next 2 months.
