    Best program for increasing strength

I saw many great programs, but I want to make sure I know what the best one is for increasing strength.
Been lifting for 1 year and I would consider myself intermediate at best

Check out some of Chad Waterbury's programs, is my advice. Not all of them would apply, of course, but if you pick *one* of the strength-oriented ones and *stick with it*, you'll do fine.

    Google is yer friend.

    What are your stats?

"intermediate" means a lot of different things to different people.

I think I have some off numbers after todays "testing" I did
Lat pull down 4.5 reps at 260lbs (or 10 chun ups with a 45 lbs plate)
Bench flat 5 reps at 195
DL and squat I never do ( i know i know - so i would not go uts with my wieght there when i start doing them
Lepp Press 10 reps at 650lbs
EZ Curls 8 reps at 90lbs
Skull crushers 10 reps at 85lbs

    5'11"
    185 lbs

Would I be ok with a 5x5 routines?
