    Postan current body(and seeking some advice)

    Postin a little update

    Im currently cutting, should i cut more? im cutting just for aesthetics, id rather clean bulk now and gain more strengh if summer wasnt coming

    Also please some opinions

    Do you realize you're the same height as the OP, but 15lbs lighter. Maybe you should take your own advice. To the OP, if I were you I'd focus on a slow bulk and adding lean body mass.

    Dude he asked for advice he got it , Op is 19 i'm 17 and LOOKS > weight, not any pictures of me at the moment though i will upload some when ill be done.

    OP is big enough to defend himself if he wants to, so gtfo

    Looking pretty lean OP - look solid for 19.

    As for criticism, if I were you, I'd stop cutting (already well defined, but pretty thin), and hit traps\back\legs (Your chest is solid, but I'd build that up too). IMO, Squat 120kgx8 is not bad at all for your weight. I'd add leg ext\leg curls to build up the quads and hammies though. All in all, looking way better than I ever did at 19.

    ill put some more efford in legs and stop cutting (triathlon season starts anyway so i will have to binge-eat to maintain)
