    If ur a beginner i would strongly suggest whey protein. Thats it. Maybe when u have more knowledge of creatine or other supplements then u should consider taking them but at the end of the day u could do whatever the Fuk u want to do. if u know wat i mean.

    It depends on your metabolism...if you're quite skinny and wanna build muscle get mass gainer...OR if you have quite a slow metabolism get PHD Diet whey

    But, judging from your picture - get Mass Gainer

    Creatine helps a lot too....plus like Ryanbsupreme said - get on a caloric surplus and eat eat eat and eat
