i edited in the weight, im only taking 2/3 serving of amplified wheybolic extreme 60, can't afford any other supplements. and im kinda doing a relaxed/front lat spread, thats why my traps look small but yes i'd like more mass in traps and chest.
oops sorry forgot to add that: first pic 152 lbs, second 167 lbs, third 175 lbs
only supplement i take is 2/3 serving of amplified wheybolic extreme 60 after my workouts. (it's protein). i can't afford other supplements. i have a pretty strict diet and try to take in 4000 calories(this is a picture of my 3 weeks food supply, i buy that every 3 weeks or so):

i can give you a quick run down.
im on a 5 day split:
monday-arms
tuesday-legs
wednesday-back
thursday-rest
friday-shoulders/traps
saturday-chest
sunday-rest
i use very high volume of sets, always over 20 sets in one day of exercising... and i pyrimid scale.. i'll do 3 sets of an exercise and move up in weight every setStrength is size.

And also do u do Tris and bis together on arms day?Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.
