how can i make the best out of my amino acid supplement?

It says to take 1 serving (2 tablets) with every meal and before and after workouts

is this necessary? how do you guys make use of your supplements?

I train fasted in the morning so I always pop some amino caps, My meals usually have enough so I never add extra aminos to them.

A little of everything. That product is terribly under dosed...you need to down 1/4 the bottle to get any decent amount of bcaa's out of it.

I'd recommend something like purple wraath or aminolast.

Indeed it is, for the most part. It also depends which version you look at:

Soy Protein Isolate, Hydrolyzed Whey Peptides, Gelatin, Whey Protein Concentrate, Magnesium Stearate, L-Carnitine, L-Ornithine Hydrochloride

The 25 cap statement above might sound like a sarcastic joke, but when you really think about it, it's really not. The problem is that you've bought a capped mixture of gelatin and protein... something that really should never be capped.

Ok, tabs - slightly different formulation, just as worthless. If it were me, I'd get my $7 back. I used the capsules only because it was the first I pulled up.

well, the directions say take 2 with every meal and before and after workouts

that means around 12-16 of them a day which is nice if you already have a good diet

I would think just swallowing the pills would be much easier than grinding them down and drinking. Still have to agree that your best bet is to just return them for a refund though.

Eat more protein and less Aa tablets. Use 25 per day until gone and do more research next time.
