Opened a new office and hired 4 more employees.

Had my 7th wedding anniversary.

Benched 130lb dumbbells for 8 reps which is a new PR (feet on bench, no spotter)

And continued being the best damn father known to man (no disrespect to other Misc fathers) to my two sons.

The first couple of days were kinda weird. Like I knew that it was my child, but I didn't feel it yet (if that makes any sense). fatherly instincts kicked in at about a week or so
All in all its a lot of fun. Sure, I'm tired, don't get to sleep that much anymore. Babies tend to cause that But it's worth it. Either way, try to enjoy every day after birth. She's a month old now and it still feels like she was born a few days ago. Time flies

I started practicing guitar seriously. I'm learning the guitar solo/outro from the song "Follow the Signs" by Born of Osiris. I have lost tons of motivation to lift, though. This happened to me around the same time last year. It's mostly due to cutting and losing strength/energy. Oh well, I'm resolved to keep going through the motions at the gym until I regain motivation.
