I have started my summer cut a week ago and I am use to having some sort of candy, cookies, ice cream a day..... Those of you with the primal urge to gang bang toll house cookies or little Debbie.... Do you fit it in your calorie deficit and if so I'm curious how many times a week you fit it in?

Starting Weight 255lbs. 2/1/2011
Best weight so far 187lbs 5/1/2012 - Then got a hot gf a boat and gained fat lol...
Starting again for the finish line of 180lbs - 11/1/2012 @ 201lbs
