    For those with a raging sweet tooth on cut

    I have started my summer cut a week ago and I am use to having some sort of candy, cookies, ice cream a day..... Those of you with the primal urge to gang bang toll house cookies or little Debbie.... Do you fit it in your calorie deficit and if so I'm curious how many times a week you fit it in?
    Starting Weight 255lbs. 2/1/2011
    Best weight so far 187lbs 5/1/2012 - Then got a hot gf a boat and gained fat lol...
    Starting again for the finish line of 180lbs - 11/1/2012 @ 201lbs

    Hey todd.
    yea if you fit it in your daily requirement for weight loss your good. But I'm not sure how long you have been dieting or else I would suggest something more.

    I eat peanut butter when I'm craving for something sweet. It works for me even though my wife says peanut butter is not really sweet.

    Hey my name is Todd too! Lol yeah man my sweet tooth is a big problem for me also, especially for donuts for some strange reason... Personally, I just eat it if I want it bad enough and take out calories from my other meals to compensate. I try not to do it too often, but it helps keeps you sane
