Let me start off by saying, I dont go to the gym to chit chat and **** around.. I'm there to get one thing done, and I keep to myself and tune other people out for the most part, unless it is something particularly Lulzworthy.
Anyhow, I usually take a decent amount of time in one of the cages because I do my entire routine in there, and sometimes it starts stacking up.
So last night, I am finishing up OH press (doing a 5x5) and these 2 fat guys behind me are telling me I dont do enough reps "to burn in the cuts brah"......I just gave them the Bertstare...... both of these dudes are 90 lbs away from having any visibile definition, and will never get any lifting pussy weights for 15-20 reps... not that I have any definitoin, but I look a little better than I did 3 months ago.. these 2 haven't changed in the year or so I have been going there but they're obviously experts on training.... rolleye.jpg.

I listened to someones advice one time. And it caused my injury i had under my shoulder blade. So now I say ok and keep doing what i was.
2012 was a year of on and off training due to miss-hap's. I had broken ribs, pulled something under my shoulder blade. Then had a total hip replacement. Got soft around the edges. Now time for a comeback. 1st year in. So far things are going great!!
April 11th 2014 double bypass surgery. So another set back grrrrrr.

02-27-2013, 05:11 PM #12"It doesn't matter what exercise you do, but man was made to move, to eat sparingly, to work hard and to screw as much as he can manage. Do all that, and you will look as good as your genes will let you, be content as the arseholes around you will allow, and maybe get a few screws. The particular virtues of weight training are in the discipline it brings to both mind and body, and, if you do it right, it will make you look good naked and do well what you got your clothes off to do."
