    Question Weight Gain. Help

How's it going. I just have some question in regards to which supplements would be best for me. I have been working out for over a year and I have seen some progress but I'm still not too satisfied with my results. I have gained a bit in size and I have increased the amount of weight I can lift, I just can't seem to gain bigger size.

Was wondering if I took mass gainer protein of that would benefit. I know one of the biggest things that affect me is I do not eat enough. So would the mass gainer make any difference?

    I'm 20yrs old
    Weigh about 158

    Please and Thank you.

To gain muscle you need to have a calorie surplus. The best advice is for you to head over to the nutrition section and figure out your caloric needs. Then add a surplus of 300-500 calories per day, this is basically called bulking.

In terms of mass gainers, I personally recommend you make your own out of a protein powder by adding oats, fruits, peanut butter etc. Which will add calories.

If you wanna be big you need to eat big. Its very simple. For weight gainers are concerned. There to expensive and loaded with junk. Make your own. There is a lot of recipes if you search.
