Hi guys,
I just browsed all the routines on the site for like 2 hours, and i'm overwhelmed and confused! I don't know which are good and which aren't so good ect. Can someone recommend a few?
I just finished Gethin's 12 week and now i'm looking to do a 5 day for the first time. I've always worked out 2 muscle groups together but want to try something different. I want each workout to last around 45 minutes give or take.
Thank you

I just finished week four of this one.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/wotw56.htm
It's the first one listed 1st Place-Burningheart.
However I didn't split it and changed it into a 5 day workout with the sixth day being a bonus day for whatever I feel I need to work harder on. The first two weeks I was figuring out what weight I needed to use and working on form (I'm new to body building/weight lifting). The third week I pushed as hard as I could in each set. This past week was all trying not to blow my form while lifting as heavy as I could. The next 8 weeks will be interesting.
It's all compound movements. I'll get done with a workout and then go to work, I lift from 5:30-6:45am since I really am taking my time with this. You can probably go faster since you have more knowledge than I do. I can tell you that later on in the day I find that I have soreness in places that I didn't' think I used for the lifts. So far I like it.

I'm right at 45 minutes for weights with almost every one of my workouts. Check my Journal if interested to see my variation of these 2 splits above. Good luck.Start:246# Goal:191#
