43 yrld male
Am taking several supplements
Ie protein powder/ no explode/amped/creatine during the day.
Just wondering if am pi$$ing it all down the drain if I go frequently.
Am drinking easily 6 ltr a day water to keep kidney's healthy,
I understand am going to go very frequently drinking heaps of water.
I like drinking heaps before during after gym anyway.
Am not concerned about health issues(prostate/diabetis etc). or understanding the chemical reactions with sweetner etc
Just wondering if urinating a lot lessons absoration of supplements please.
