Did I gain 2 pounds in 2 days?

I started my bulk and I set my calories at 3k and had no change and now I increased to 3200-3300. Yesterday morning I was at 157 and today im at 158. Could this just be more water weight? Also I was on ds craze for a while, but I just switched to c4 extreme so it could be water weight.(just thought about that while typing)...

Always weigh yourself at the same time of day, or its gonna be off.

    no.

most likely its just water/food weight and most likely an innacurate weigh in. unless you were at some extreme 7000 calorie surplus.

yeah. Only reason I am paranoid I am a bit scared of becoming fat again. I have been fat my hole life(check my bodyspace) and I lost a lot of weight in 6 months. So I am just scared to do it again.

i feel you my man. i was quite fat my whole life until i aushwitz'd it down to 140lbs. dw just do your best to stick to a small calorie surplus whilst progressivley overloading and you will make decent gains whilst putting on minimal body fat.

    good luck!!

Just weight yourself at the same time of day every time, e.g first thing upon waking. You could even do this more than once a week and take an average weight for that week.

    I've been eating at 2800-3k for a while and I wasn't gaining anything...so I just increase 3k to 3.2k.

I can gain 2lbs in one day if I eat enough (5000 cals). It's water weight. Focus on long term averages, weight gain per week and month.

Also make sure to weigh yourself after waking up, before eating/drinking, after peeing/****ting and nude. That will be the most consistent weigh in.

You probably just did a big $hit one day and hadn't been for one the next day... Make sure you weigh yourself at the same time of every day otherwise it's not reliable.

Do not worry about these minor fluctuations in weight, your weight one day will be different compared to the other. There are a lot of variable involved with these small weight fluctuations, like water and the food you ate.
