Advice on cutting fat and maintaining recovery and training level

    Hi all.

First of all a bit of background. I'm very very active. Crossfit twice a week. Martial Art three times a week and a 5km run on the weekend.

I was running IF for the past few weeks on -30/10 and it gave me a cal intake of 1900/2400 restday/workday my carb levels for this was 60/100

After 3 weeks ive moved little to no weight and I am finding myself with low energy levels and very poor recovery. I find myself getting very tired on the mats when training. I am taking two rest days a week as well.

My question is would i be better to change to running a 2500kcal a day diet based on the below for a while. Would i still lose weight on this as 2400 is my daily requirements? I wouldn't be running a deficit. Is it possible to lose minimal weight loss without a deficit?

Is my under eating the reason im not recovering?
Dreams are prey and should be hunted, stalked, decapated, and devoured. And when you've sucked the last bit of marrow from the bones, mount the head on a wall, enjoy it for a moment and begin planning your next hunt.

cheers for the reply. 70% of the nutritional info is coming from the labels on foods. the rest from nutritiondata.self.com Everything is weighed on a kitchen scales.

I've attached what I've had today so far.

    any advice is welcome.
