First of all a bit of background. I'm very very active. Crossfit twice a week. Martial Art three times a week and a 5km run on the weekend.
I was running IF for the past few weeks on -30/10 and it gave me a cal intake of 1900/2400 restday/workday my carb levels for this was 60/100
After 3 weeks ive moved little to no weight and I am finding myself with low energy levels and very poor recovery. I find myself getting very tired on the mats when training. I am taking two rest days a week as well.
My question is would i be better to change to running a 2500kcal a day diet based on the below for a while. Would i still lose weight on this as 2400 is my daily requirements? I wouldn't be running a deficit. Is it possible to lose minimal weight loss without a deficit?
Is my under eating the reason im not recovering?
