    140>154 lbs

    Edit: Each muscle group grew alot but imo legs/chest grew the most in the last 3 months of this bulk (And I'm still bulking, going to do a mini cut for the summer )

    Thanks, arms are my lagging point so I'm trying to bring them out.

    By the way, a leg picture.. that's around 3-4 months of progress. (Mid november to beginning of february 2013)
