    should i workout when im sick?

    I just have the common cold it seems like but energy's not all there today but I feel like.I'll be able.to fight through the leg workout today

    The way I do it is

    If its all above neck eg blocked nose or sore throat I will still work out at maybe 80% intensity from normal.

    If its like aches in muscles or chest pains I would a avoid working out at all.

    Oh and I avoid cardio. But in the end it's up to you.

    i still go with a cold if i have the energy, but if you dont feel up to it before you even get there your probably better off resting

    Thing is, you could get heart inflammation if you workout too hard. Check it up, take it easy!
