Alright, so here's the deal. I've been cutting since February where I started at about 17% BF, but for half the time I was in another country and basically disregarded all nutrition and care about sculpting my body. Right now, the goal is to hit 8% body fat by September 1st. I hate trying to estimate my own level, it never goes well. Take a look at my photos and tell me if you think that's possible, and give me an estimation on what you think my current body fat is.

Appreciate the estimate, repped. I'd rather not post my real weight, Misc doesn't seem to be able to understand the concept of light skeletal structure (I realize this isn't Misc, but still...). PM me if you're really curious.

what does that mean? the misc gives you crap b/c you're not 200 lbs of pure muscle yet? lol. i don't ever go to the misc anyway. i think you're somewhere between 10-12. is your goal attainable? sure. i think so. just be strict and dedicated and don't try to overdo the cardio or number of times a week you lift in hopes of attaining it faster b/c it won't work out that way.

I appreciate the feedback fellas. For those interested, I've been maintaining my cut, though I've been sloppy as hell over these past two weeks; I barely maintained a 100-200 calorie deficit each day, if even that. Still, I've managed to see a little progress.

Still on the road to 8%. It's close now. Can't wait to get this cut over with so I can start a new lean bulk and EAT.Timidity is dangerous. Better to enter with boldness.

Thanks man.
I hear you. That's the thing, actually - I am happy with my body. Yet there's still that voice that tells me I can be better. One part of me is satisfied, and another strives for more. I suppose that's why cutting's getting so difficult lately.
I'm going to persevere for a little while longer.Timidity is dangerous. Better to enter with boldness.

The actual weight is rather irrelevant, what matters is the mirror. An individual may weigh significantly less than another individual, yet look the same. Numerous factors such as water weight and bone structure come in to play.
A picture speaks a lot more than the numbers posted on here, not to mention the consistent e-stating of posters on here.Currently cutting.

You're damn close to America's ideal physique. You don't need tons and tons of muscle to be ideal. Don't listen to misc, they are the scum of the earth (most of them anyway). Seriously, every time I surf the misc section I get sick to my stomach over the ignorant adolescent values they hold over there.

Thanks for the praise fellas. I've been continuing to cut, and I believe I've hit 9%. I woke up this morning all leaned out so I snapped a few photos:

I'm mostly satisfied, but I still feel I could be a little leaner. Consequently, I've decided that I'll finish my cut on December 1st, and from there I'll recomp as I decide where to go next (likely an extremely lean bulk, I can't imagine hitting over 10% bf again).Timidity is dangerous.
