    assurance? critique?

Im currently 13 weeks out from my next competition. Ive competed 4x in the past, in the figure division, placed 2nd or 3rd each time and have been overall pretty pleased with how things turned out. Hired a coach during prep for all the previous shows, but decided this time to do it on my own. For the most part I have a decent knowledge of what to do, its just a matter or implementing it and figuring out what works best for my body. I started cutting 8 weeks ago, dropped calories from 2300 to 1850 and stopped having twice weekly off-plan meals. Hadnt been doing any cardio at that point. Now, Im doing 10-15 minutes 4x week high intensity, either sprints or jump rope intervals, along with 6x week lifting. Ive dropped 7lbs (121 to 114). Last stage weight was 104, but targeting a # seems pointless to me, just need to be lean enough regardless. Im still at 1800 cals, with a once weekly increase to 2200, not wanting to drop lower this far out, and Im lery of increasing cardio too much yet, for fear I'll have nowhere to go when things get closer.
Im 5'2" and do have a decent muscle base, which I'd like to maintain as much as possible. Current diet is approximately 35%C 35%P 30%F. Just looking for assurance that this all looks kosher?

Sounds like you have yourself set up pretty nicely with a good handle on things. Keep making the necessary adjustments and it should be smooth sailing. You could always post up pics in this section for feedback as well. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply! I'm planning on starting weekly progress pictures this week, I'm really wanting to do less cardio for this prep and let diet do most of the work, was debating increasing it a little this week, but think I'll wait a bit longer, at least till I decide to weigh myself again....
