High school football and cutting
Im kinda wondering what to do here....should i cut for summer and look good on the beach or should i bulk and continue strength gains for football?

Just bulk. At 6'1 you'd want to be at least 200lbs lean. Not cut and be at 150lbs and look like a stick.

Squat 145x12 (bad/issue knees can't go heavy and full rom)

Im almost 16...lot of weight to gain then hahahah.....recommending clean bulk?

Hit 500 cals over maintence see how it goes, take it up from there. Don't care about fat gain unless its clear you're getting to high.
Bulked from 115 to 160, would take in 5000+ calories a day srs.

ty men ty men. A bit over a year due to a time in their where I lacked motivation and didn't workout so hard and just ate like normal at maintence or whatever da phuck it was it just wasn't a bulk because I didn't gain weight in that time period.

srs go by the man in the mirror. If you see your self with to much bf, then cut. If not then keep bulking.

OP just bulk football is a physical sport you need dat mass and strength, lol at a 6'2 150 pound(which you'll get around to if you cut) linebacker or tightend
