Update: 19 years old - Ive gotten to the point where im almost in tears everyday, crazy anxiety from intensive cardio sessions. Completely depleted, feel starving most of the week. It all comes down to following my dreams, nobody said it was gonna be easy but i guess thats part of the fuel to my fire. I thank god everyday for giving me the opprotunity to work hard, im happy for the little things and im going to continue to work until im the best teen in the country this year. Love my supporters you guys are awesome. Heres 4 photos from this week, 1st and 4th one have cool filters. But all in all i look alright, maybe another 8 lbs and ill be good hopefully place well in this upcoming show:

Crazy ass physique bro! Good stuff. Why such intense cardio sessions though? I don't think that's necessary if it gets you to the point where you feel like crying.. Yeahh I kind of figured you probably had **** figured out already, so my advice was ****ty hahah. I was thinking there might be a way to manipulate your macros that you hadn't tried yet. Anyway, hopefully I can get to your level in the next 5 (lol) years. I'm 5'5 also but only at 155 ish haha.

when the last time you upped carbs to replenish glycogen? eventually the body burns off muscle after all the fats been burnt off and this is common for people who keep dieting hard without knowing what thyey are doing. Im not saying you dont because you look great
