Awesome job. Very inspirational. Lost weight and cut your hair and shaved your bear chest. Seems losing weight made you improve your look all over.

Even though the general consensus is that you can't build muscle while in a caloric deficit I went up in all of my lifts over the last 6 months while leaning out. I was pretty fat before so I'm sure a lot of it was covered up but I definitely gained some LBM.Originally Posted by map84
