    Results?

So I was taking a shower after my lift today and saw my traps looked bigger. See attached and let me know what you guys think.

Am I fooling myself or does my left trap look bigger? I was scratching my outer pec and thought it looked bigger, or is this normal?. Right trap is at rest, left one, with the red arrow is what it looks like when I touch my pec.

Hopefully I'm not delusional. Your honesty is appreciated.

    Thanks

its in a contracted state... yes it looks bigger.

Easiest way to see change is by taking a pic every few weeks and compare them side by side. Good Luck!
Its supposed to hurt, its an ass kickin!

That trap is going to appear different because it is in a contracted state, doing its part to raise and support your arm.

For proper assessments take pictures with a camera that is mounted. This way you can step back, have a picture taken when you're in a relaxed (or flexed as per your preference) state, and then you'll be able to judge symmetry on a body that is held symmetrically.
Hums the theme to Superman during planks and LYTPs. Now that you've read this, you will too.

All right boys, now watch how this is done. The key is to put it all in your groin and your back.
Take your legs totally out of the equation. Lift with your lower back in a jerking, twisting motion.

With your arms held differently it's difficult to tell. If you held the camera with both hands it would have been better. It is possible that one side could develop more than another. Despite being right handed my left arm is the stronger one easily doing 20% more reps if I go to failure. For this reason I go to failure with my right and just match it with my left to avoid looking unbalanced.
