    Losing Body Fat

    Hey Guys,

    Got a holiday booked for 7th July and I'm at 20% body fat. I have muscle and am pretty strong it's just fat over the muscles that is hiding it. I haven't really gave much thought into bf% and other techniques parts of training until recently and i am just wondering the best ways to lose body fat?
