I'm scared that I'm getting too massive/bulky. How can I keep what a have, without gaining more, or losing too much?

    5'8 138 lbs.

Bulk, there is no such thing as "Too big" unless you aren't natty.

On topic, calculate your maintenance calories and try to eat not more than 50 calories above maintenance.
