anyone know exercise equal to Decline Reverse Crunch? i cant do it at my gym.

Cable crunches on the lat pulldown machine and hanging leg raises will do you wonders.
Always learning.
(For 5 reps)
Squat - 110kg
Deadlift- 115kg
Bench Press - 65kg
Overhead Press - 47.5kg
