Using MHP Xpel To Counteract Carb Up Spill Over?

I am not prepping for a contest just a week in Mexico but I am going to try and carb load.

Here is my problem if I carb up too much and spill over will a OTC diuretic eliminate the bloat?

It's hard to say. What are your macros and what is does your carb up look like?

2200 cals

250 protien

130 to 150 carb (low days)

4000 to 5000 sodium (loading)

1 to 2 gallons

i am 6 feet 195, have no idea BF but I can see all abs and cuts (still would like to be leaner)

I am FLAT as a pancake right now, feel like a little girl.


doing two a days now cardio morning weights at night

plan on dropping sodium increasing carb 2 days out

leaving Monday 3/4/13
