I'd be dead (srs). I've struggled with severe depression for the past 5 years, and have considered suicide multiple times. I'm determined to beat it without meds though. Weightlifting saved my life and kept me from killing myself. It gave me direction and purpose, and it's slowly helping me win against depression.

Probably wouldn't have lost my V, would probably be marginally better at rugby (short term, long term I'll get better than I would be without BB). Probably doing worse academically because before I used to get depressed about being fat, the have no motivation to do any work. Where as these days I'm like gotta do this homework, then Imma work out...
