    Cardio Exercises?

    what are some good cardio exercises i could use to burn fat? I wanna do the atleast 3 times a week or more. I do eat healthy atm I just need some decent cardio to come with it. I also workout every day rest on weekend. Let me know?

    What's your goal? You can burn quite a bit of fat just with HITT. I was able to get down to about 10%bf without any real cardio, just HITT. I had to start up cardio to get to 7% however. Oh, and I had a very strict diet the entire time.

    im not even fat just got some belly flab and i wanna lose it !

    I find HIIT training works pretty well but for me personally I stick to sports I love, so Basketball, because your doing so much alternate movements, not just a constant movement, and it doesn't even feel like cardio yet your still doing a lot.
