I'll be the first one to say I've neglected my legs.
Bench more than I squat crew
Can't even do 3 sets of 10 atg with 80kg crew (10/8/6 today)
Been training legs 9 months
See miscers repping 150kg as standard. My upper body is generally stronger on all lifts against guys squatting double what I can.
I've got my deadlift from 80kg to 145kg 3x5 in 9 months but my squat is still just, well.. Pathetic.
I just can't imagine putting 160kg on my back, squatting down and not crumpling into a ball, what gives??

That's a good question, I only squat 225-275 for 6-8 times and I see guys at the gym who stack on 3-4 plates and do quarter squats and then I see some who go ATG yet I have a lot bigger legs (muscle and definition). I think a lot has to do with bone structure as everybody's spines are different and some people aren't meant to go as low as others as some aren't made to put 500-900 pounds on there back (one of them being a pro powerlifter I work out with who has chicken legs)
What matters is what works for you and what make you grow, quit worrying about other people and you will see strength gains and muscle.

Haha thanks.
I've altered my sig as I'm retarded, I don't do 250, I do 225. I got it wrong because I use metric system to record my weights, everyone on misc is imperial and I converted it wrong.
I was doing 100kg 3x5, found it too hard and wasn't sure on my form so dropped to 80kg today for sets of 10. Basically, I find squats hard.In the 1000lb club :D 15/09/13

Dont feel bad OP, I can do 60kg x 12, for 4-5 sets... but I do go at least to parallel. I tend to go ATG for first couple sets, then legs getting weak and then I go parallel
If I did 80% to parallel I can do 20 reps of 60kg easyMisc jawbrah appreciation crew
