    Anxiety eating?

Okay, the last couple of weeks I've been seeing a lot of changes in my life.

I have been eating too much is the big problem. I need to get my calories under control. I do NOT look forwards to taking this weeks progress pic (Thursday)given my recent behavior.

After feeling things out I realize I am comfort eating. Seems like fear of the success, and the responsibilities that go with those successes, is making me nervous.

How have you all combated anxiety eating?

I have the same issues.. I have a stressful job, and on bad days all I want to do is sit on my couch and eat pizza or whatever. Then again, on good days all I want to do is treat myself to a good meal . For myself its about staying motivated and telling myself that the instant gratification isnt worth not being in shape for summer. Everytime you find yourself about to binge try something different (watch youtube videos, log onto bb.com, go for a run, brush your teeth) eventually you will find that something works and gets your mind off it.
