Honestly, it depends what calories I'm on. Easy if I'm eating like I'm currently eating but if I go on a surplus? No way will I stay like this. My body likes to drift back up to 12% but the idea is to maintain throughout summer to do shoots, going in and out of small/cut bulk cycles. Getting some shoots done now whilst prepping though, always a good way.

Already given the hair routine of the Gods, but I will post again
1. Get a cut where it is short on the sides and back and blend it in up top. But keep the top much longer.
2. Wet hair/shower. Blow dry into the position you want.
3. Straighten hair back, like curl it back.
4. Comb fringe to side/back
5. I go through it with a comb/straighten at same time here
6. Apply product (I use expensive stuff).
7. Hairspray
8. Profit

I was 5'10 190+. I look bigger now with a pump, shirt off. In a shirt I don't though, obviously . Oh and I looked like complete **** lol. Weight doesn't mean anything imo brah. Some people have bigger bone structures etc. One of my buddies is like 145 but looks same sort of size as me (same bodyfat). You would never say he is 145. Small as **** bone structure. I would look friggin ridiculous at this bodyfat 10lbs heavier, I don't look 165 as it is when I get a pump going, especially in my legs.

Always had a weak bench but could probably do 225 for around 8 on bench, squatted 352(160kg) for 5, deep. Incline DB pressed 105lb DBs (48kg) for 6 last set.
Right now I would get 225 for 4 most likely, bench is weak as fuk, front squat 264x5 ATG - I don't back squat at the moment, knees playing up. DB press 101lb DBs (46kg) for 6 incline now. Was doing chinups for 5 reps with 50kg /110lbs for 5 the other day last set.
