How do you guys think I'm looking 6 weeks out? It's a fitness model comp, so remember I haven't got to be 3% bodyfat with striated glutes.
I will be competing in the under 165lbs/75kg category, so the top end of my weight.
Taken yesterday at 6 weeks out.
Cheers brahs.
Pls ignore the sh.it in my hands last photo lol.

Lookin good man. I think this is what I look like under my lard.
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*
*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*
*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*
*Fat shame my cat on a daily basis crew*

Thanks. That means a lot, honestly.

only one way to find out bro

I know that feel right now bro, especially it being the winter. It's hard at times but well worth it!
Cardio has increased and calories decreased over time. So I started on 2500 calories with little cardio, now I'm down to about 2000-2200 calories with more cardio aswell. It is a mixture of HIIT and LISS but tend to stay away from HIIT more than often as it seems to harm my recovery.
I refeed at least once a week at 100% more carbs and put my protein to bodyweight / fats little to none.

Yeah bro. Look good.
Lift wise I am a little weaker now. But at your weight when I was off season more or less I could do 105lb DBs incline for 5, I managed to squat 350x5 to depth (could in no way do this atm), chins with 2x 45lb plates attached for around 10 I think. Like I said slightly weaker now, I managed to front squat 120kg/260lbs for 4 the other day. Not so bad at 165lbs bodyweight I'd say, and I think the chins have gone up losing weight, uhhh and did 90lb DBs for 5 reps other day shoulder pressed. Any other lifts let me know and I'll let ya know I don't deadlift due to my back problems.
Yeah, agreed with it on that ****gy time. Gonna get it a little shorter to compete.
Was hoping I'm a little lower than 10% at 6 weeks out? If not I will be in trouble lol.
