Well Im doing wendlers boring but big routine and I am on the 4th week.
I lower my main lifts to 40% at 5 reps, 50% at 5 reps, then 60% at 5 reps. 3 sets total.
But then what about the 5 sets I do of that exercise and the assitance exercises afterwards? Do I drop the weight down to 40%, 50%, 60% for them too?
Or what? I am confused

yes you deload the assistance work as well. personally, i dont do the boring but big. i just do the main lifts followed by one powerlifting assistance movement and move on to a bodybuilding style routine. deload the main lift (such as bench press) but i would still go heavy and push yourself on accessory stuff (such as incline db press, etc)Never forget what you once were.
