    Quaker Instant Oatmeal...

The oats i eat are Quaker Oats, this is the breakdown of the carbs

    Total Carbs (per pack)
    Starch - 13 grams
    Sugars - 12 grams
    Dietary Fiber - 2.7 grams

Is that an ok source for oats for bulking...

    no

you want the UNflavored regular old fashiond oats.

i think they have 0g of sugar, 1g at most.

    Ingredients: 100% whole grain oats

Right, sugar should be 0. Ingredients should be: Rolled Oats.

Don’t waste your money on Quaker if you have a health food store near you. I get mine at a fraction of the price ($0.49/lb).
It's better to be cynical than naive.
