I'm downing about 40 almonds a day and still have trouble hitting my fat macros (about 70g/day), any tips to filling them? Should I have more whole eggs and fish or something? What are good sources of healthy fats that could help me reach my macro fast? (I know the foods just maybe some are better/easier than others, it's mostly helpful tips that I'm hoping to get)

I know it's just hard for me to hit it, I'm really not sure why. I try to keep away from TOO much saturated fats, so that's probably why, I try to keep them at a max of 15-20g, leaving me with poor food options. Should I intake more sat fat? really not sure about that, I'd be grateful if you could help me

You can drink it straight out of the bottle like a 40 oz...
But no in all seriousness, cooking olive oil makes its fats turn "unhealthy" or "toxic" is hogwash man. Granted cooking it too long can be problematic to where it starts smoking or catch fire (then it may become toxic), because its components begin to break down. But that is like everything when it is overcooked.Last edited by Shysty021; 02-25-2013 at 05:35 PM.

Fat's easy to eat, but I understand I don't care for most fatty foods.
Fatty meats, peanut butter, nuts, eggs, ice cream, milk, cheese, oils. Find something you like.Always learning, Always growing, Never satisfied

80/20 ground beef, them delicious fats, and protein too.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
