    Trouble filling my fat macros

I'm downing about 40 almonds a day and still have trouble hitting my fat macros (about 70g/day), any tips to filling them? Should I have more whole eggs and fish or something? What are good sources of healthy fats that could help me reach my macro fast? (I know the foods just maybe some are better/easier than others, it's mostly helpful tips that I'm hoping to get)

I know it's just hard for me to hit it, I'm really not sure why. I try to keep away from TOO much saturated fats, so that's probably why, I try to keep them at a max of 15-20g, leaving me with poor food options. Should I intake more sat fat? really not sure about that, I'd be grateful if you could help me

Can't remember where it was I got this info from but doesn't cooking the olive oil make the fats turn unhealthy or something? Sounds weird but that's why I was keeping away from doing that.

Agreed with the coconut oil intake. Yes, it has saturated fat, and quite a bit of it, but coconut oil has been proven to be good for your health. I also eat flax seed, cashews, peanut butter, cottage cheese, and avocado for some of my fats.

    2 cup oats + 4tblspns of pb = 46g of fat
Anything else you eat on top of that during the day is guaranteed to have fats in the them so you should easily be able to hit 70g

You can drink it straight out of the bottle like a 40 oz...

But no in all seriousness, cooking olive oil makes its fats turn "unhealthy" or "toxic" is hogwash man. Granted cooking it too long can be problematic to where it starts smoking or catch fire (then it may become toxic), because its components begin to break down. But that is like everything when it is overcooked.

Fat's easy to eat, but I understand I don't care for most fatty foods.

Fatty meats, peanut butter, nuts, eggs, ice cream, milk, cheese, oils. Find something you like.

PB oats one of my favorites. Eggs and beef are easy ways to get fats piggyback with your protein.

This. I eat ground beef everyday. I don't know how anyone could have a hard time reaching their fat macros.

Peanuts. A 1.5 oz bag has 22g fat/ 3.5 saturated. They sell at any convenience store 2 bags for a buck.
