Been using Trutein for a while now and like it but hear alot about Synth-6...
which should I go with next?
my gut is saying Trutein because of the carbohydrates and fat in the syntha-6, not because I dont need those, but because with carbs and fat in a protein powder that is just more "powder" that isnt protein powder

I've never personally had Syntha-6, but when I am choosing a protein powder, I typically like the ones that have a higher amount of protein and less fats/carbs for the calories. Since I am using it to supplement my protein intake, and would rather save the extra calories for whole foods.
Plus, we just released a couple new flavors, with one more on the wayNASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist

Personally I prefer Trutein due to taste and macros, but Syntha-6 does have some unique flavors; pick the one that fits you needs and price range since both are good products.

Sounds like it's time to try a new flavor of Trutein. Have you experienced Chocolate-Dipped Strawberry? The last tubs of the flavor that we will ever see are at bb.com, so I would pounce at the chance to try it if you haven't tasted it yet. Speaking of pouncing, I have stocked up myself and I have more pounds of the flavor than the weight of this cat:

Both taste good one has a better nutritional profile.
