I am doing a 12 week cut, and I am 6 weeks into it. I am wondering what my bodyfat% is. I have some lose skin on stomach and upper bicep a little.

i would say 12-14. looking lean man. just the lower stomach a bit u should look great after ur cut

I'd say 12% sounds about right with the vascularity you are showing. a couple percent lower and you would have a dat dere adonis belt bro.

Did you drop a lot of weight? Looks like some extra stubborn skin is sticking around, but you look pretty lean. I'm gonna guess 13-14%, but the extra lower abdominal skin is throwing me off.
Keep cutting and you'll look solid - good work so far.

Great job. Its hard to tell body fat % but like everyone says I think under 15. Probably 12-13. Regardless, its just a number, going down almost 100 pounds is the good part. And keep working hard and you will be shredded man. Nice job.Originally Posted by Faust24

You BF% may be within the <15% range, but you still need to add my mass within your torso. I suggest you treat your ab workout as you would treat your legs. I suggest using cable and weighted workouts to pump up them pecks.
