What 20lbs looks like on a frame (progress)

Oustanding Man, you gotta feel great about that kind of progress!

muscle memory is a pretty awesome thing, it still takes hard work to make the gains but for me personally at least it makes it a lot easier mentally to get back after it after something derails the training and/or diet.

what changes have you made to your diet in general, if you don't mind me asking?

Regardless, keep killing it man...keep F'ing killing it!

Thanks, the changes I've made in my diet has been tracking and making sure I hit my #'s on the weekends as well. Before I would not eat good on the weekends. But in terms of food I still eat the same things, although I did add olive oil to my meals for added fats.

Dam big change between the two. 20# had nowhere near that kind of effect on me. Gonna look scary big when you do decide to cut.

its funny you mention a crappy weekend diet, i screw mine up all the time usually end up under eating on the weekend for some reason? Gotta work on that.
