    Bought D-Stunner

So I bought stunner to allow me to run harder and longer at the gym and to increase my reps. Is this something that I can take before every workout? Is it necessary to first try it at half dose? Any experience or tips would be great. Thanks all.

D Stunner is a great pre. I personally would not use it for cardio due to the high stim content. You can take it before every workout and it is highly suggested to adjust by using a half scoop first time trying it.

Really? So it's just for lifting? If I were to do cardio for an hour and then lift, could I take it after the cardio?

no man. I did a log on it and I found it to be far better for cardio for me than for lifting.

You can use it for cardio or lifting. Just myself personally I don't like high stims for cardio. It's personal preference.

Both of these^^ But to each their own some people like to do stims before cardio where I tend to avoid them.

I did do a lot of research on d-stunner before buying it. I didn't read anywhere that it is a stim. Thought it was a non-stim. Anyway, my order should arrive this week and I'll test it out. Worst case scenario, I'll use it for lifting.

If by saying you did a lot of research, you mean you didn't do any research or even look the label, then I would believe you.

Haha...well I don't consider caffeine a real stim. Of course it's a stimulant but it's not like ephedrine.

I've heard nothing but great things about D-Stunner as well. I never personally have tried it, but from the feedback I read it seems to be pretty legit.

So even though caffeine, by definition, is a central nervous system stimulant - you don't consider it a stimulant?

    Makes sense.

I know it's a stimulant by definition. All I'm saying is that in the world of bodybuilding, I don't think of caffeine as part of the "stims" lingo. When I think stims I think ephedrine, ********, etc.

IDK but I enjoyed it for my AM cardio sessions. If you're use to harder core stims, then this won't be a bother for you in your cardio sessions. It doesn't hit that hard.

In the world of bodybuilding, we do consider caffeine a stimulant. So if someone ask you if D-stunner has stims, then you can say yes and not throw them off course.

Im wondering how the new D-stunner compares to the old one. I like GPLC, but the old one had 1,3 which is awesome.
