I have measured with the caliper method and tape method and I get anything from 8% to 14%. Niether of these are accurate, but I'm taking the average at about 11%. I've been trying to bulk, but I think my calories are too low. Should I add more calroies and keep bulking, or cut a bit first? I'm thinking more calories myself. I had planned to do my first contest in March, but I wussed out. I may shoot for a show later in the summer instead.

You are like me, super lean chest and arms. But store fat mainly around the lower waist. Which makes it really hard because calipers read too low.
I think you look to be about 13%. I would do a small, slow cut for 6-8 weeks.PRs
