    Bulking on a tight budget

    Hi lads,

Just wondering if anyone can help me with a meal plan with a right spending budget for bulking up I'm 175kg 22 years old and around 6ft. What can I benefit from eating for big gains. This is kind of new to me.. I've bought natural almond butter and peanut butter to help me out but how should I eat this plus how many calories should I have.

    Cheers!

Greek yoghurt and protein shakes aren't quite going to help someone on a tight budget.
