    Squatting hurts

Not as in a Doms kind of way.

While im doing the squat, when I get about to parellel it hurts my lower back, and my upper inner thighs.

And when I do squats, I cant feel if my hamstrings or quads are doing the work, and if I do box squats, where my knees move back behind where my foot would be and I can feel my hammies stretching, after, the whole day, my hamstrings feels really sore, and my quads, hip flexors, an lumbar erectors hurt really bad for hours.

I am very inflexible, if I try to touch my toes, the lower I can get without pain is about a foot from the ground.

And im not sure.if im suppose to.be able to feel my hamstrings doing work, like on curls, or tri ext, or bench, you can feel which muscles are doing the work,i dont feel anything like that on squats.

    I have bad apt/kyphosis

Will try to get a video.soon.

At first squatting hurt cause I didnt push out my stomach, didnt tight my upper body and back, and didnt push my knees out, and my knees track bad normally because of the stupid apt I have, so I hirt.my knee a while back, but ive fixed most of that.

Could it be that im just inflexible?

Holy ****ing **** you got to be kidding me.

Go to that website and just do everything on there. While your at it, stop being a pussy and find your testicles.

You don't appear to have kyphosis in your avi considering there's no back rounding evident in the picture.

Inb4 you're red, Hamburgertrain trolls you, judge tells you to phuck off and all the regulars tell you to go to the misc.

You made a thread saying squatting hurts. None of the three lifts feel good when done properly, so complaining about pain is ridiculous. Plus, many powerlifters lift with medical issues and don't complain about it. They fix their issue and get back to lifting.

You are an idiot. OP ignore this moron.

Squatting does hurt. Stretch, and squat a lot with correct form and it gets better. Your back will get stronger, but squatting is a bitch. If you ever feel you are really injured go to a doctor, don't "work through it" like retard above.

You have zero reading comprehension. Part of fixing problems is going to the doctor you stupid phuck. Not once in my post did I say work through it, you should just go back to the misc and work on aesthetics.

EDIT: OP I recommend finding a good sports physician, chiro, massage therapist and a physical therapist (if your back really needs it)

And I know that the lifts will hurt, but not the way it hurts when I do them. I use to do hb full squats, ham to calves, but I fall trying to do it with the bar. I hurt my lower back a few weeks.ago while squatting to, parellel without staying tifht, couldnt squat for a week, the pain from thay is gone, unless I bend forward and round my back I can feel it sligtly.

Im too poor to go to the doctors or a chiropractor, so idk what to do.

Ask around about a hookup with a chiro. I asked the guys in my fed and they got me the hookup for free sessions with a local chiro. Offer to wear a tshirt with the chiros business name around or something like that. Sometimes you gotta think outside the box.

If you go to school check into their medical/nursing station and see if they can hook you up with student deals.
