What would happen if I start to build mass and gain muscle now?

I'm 5'7, and I'm a fairly chubby person, borderline fat.
Right now, my absolute top priority is to just be stronger, I need to get stronger and to build some muscle. I also need to get a lot fitter too, but you know.
But as I speak, I basically have no muscle on me, very minimal amount. I eventually want to be around the same... size that I am now, but with a lot more muscle compared to fat.

But, how would my body end up looking if I was eating clean, and putting on muscle, but I started doing that from how I look right now?
In the photos attached you can what I look like.

I do want to get stronger, but I'm also a little self conscious on how I look in like, a shirt. My belly pokes through and my chest/boobs also poke out the side.
If I started a bulk whilst starting off looking like this, how could I eventually end up looking? Should I just some fat first?

Im in no way saying to eat in excess or not cut but now is going to be the easiest time for u to gain muscle as ur body is at a surplus of calories. Hammer away at those weights (heavy)....and gradually....and i do mean gradually...drop calories. Id say by 100 a week would be sufficient. Good luck.

As I started building up more muscle, what would my body look like? Like, exactly as is now just I'd have muscle underneath?

Cut brah....eat CLEAN, lift heavy, drink lots of water, do cardio, avoid drugs and alcohol, and sleep.

If you don't stay consistent with the above things i posted, Dont complain about why you still look the same.
