I've been working out really hard for the past couple months. I was working out before but I've been concentrating more. Just want to tone up in general. My body type seems to refuse of getting a six pack no matter how LOW my body fat is. It's just the way I'm build.
I want to know, what is my body fat percentage? Am I in good shape?
In this pic I'm not slouching or anything so you can get a good idea.

I'm still going to stick with my original answer.
Anyways, you just look like you need some more mass overall (don't we all); I'd recommend lean bulking up since cutting now would only leave you looking like a holocaust survivor. The reason you aren't getting the six pack you want is, again, due to overall lack of mass.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
