    5'11 151 lbs how's my progress going?

    I've been working out really hard for the past couple months. I was working out before but I've been concentrating more. Just want to tone up in general. My body type seems to refuse of getting a six pack no matter how LOW my body fat is. It's just the way I'm build.

    I want to know, what is my body fat percentage? Am I in good shape?

    In this pic I'm not slouching or anything so you can get a good idea.

    I'm still going to stick with my original answer.

    Anyways, you just look like you need some more mass overall (don't we all); I'd recommend lean bulking up since cutting now would only leave you looking like a holocaust survivor. The reason you aren't getting the six pack you want is, again, due to overall lack of mass.

    Never use body type or genetics as an excuse as to why you don't look how you want. Work hard, eat right and you'll get your results no matter who you are. Elite Mass Gainer by Dymatize is pretty good stuff, i'd recommend that.

    Do a lot of weighted abs and they will start to pop once you start building muscle and get on a solid diet.
